CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
The following terms apply to bookings and purchases made through www.adadresorts.com.
1. BOOKINGS
a. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
b. A booking request does not constitute acceptance until confirmed in writing by ADAB Resorts.
c. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
2. RATES & TAXES
a. Rates are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
b. Rates are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges.
c. Rates may change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
3. PAYMENT
a. Payment may be made through approved online payment gateways or other authorized methods.
b. Full or partial prepayment may be required depending on the rate selected.
c. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation.
Merchant of Record:
For all bookings made through the Website, the merchant of record is PT. ADAB PEMBANGUNAN BERKELANJUTAN.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved amicably through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
